Shipping consultancy stories

The switch in 2013 from a traditional roll-on/roll-off ferry operation to a shortsea shipping breakbulk solution for Wienerberger was highly successful. In 2022, we shipped 42,000,000 bricks, equivalent to 104,000 tonnes or 79,000 pallets. The continuous growth in traffic led to a close partnership with the Van Moer Group at the Bornem terminal. This terminal is strategically located for efficient cargo handling.
We also partnered with a well established grout producer to develop a just-in-time delivery system for grout in the offshore windmill industry across Western Europe.
In 2016, we undertook a significant project for ETImaden. We constructed a dedicated warehouse in the port of Szczecin. This facility serves as a central hub for storing, conducting quality control, and packaging cargo in big bags. Since its establishment, we have been managing and distributing the cargoes throughout Eastern Europe for both bulk and packed cargo solutions.
